Achivo vs JobFill: autofill that sets itself up
JobFill is a general form filler that starts with a Google sign-in and a long profile form typed by hand. Achivo is a free Chrome extension made for job applications: it needs no account, builds the profile from a form filled as usual and learns new answers from every submitted application, without a single extra click.

Where JobFill asks for more work
- A lot of typing before the first fill. After a Google sign-in and a tutorial that reviewers say can’t be skipped, the profile is typed into five tabs: personal details, education, work experience, salary and diversity questions, each with its own Save button.
- Learning takes a click or a setting. A new answer is kept when the Capture button is pressed or Auto Capture is on, and it is saved for that one site.
- Rules instead of answers. Anything the fixed profile doesn’t cover, and every form that isn’t in English, needs a rule with a matching condition written by hand. The guide to writing rules is still marked “to be updated”.
- A dated interface. Settings-style tabs, stock form controls and “[+]” and “[−]” text links make the profile feel like an admin panel rather than an app.
- Limits on the free plan. Fills are capped at 900 a month, and filling on page load and keyboard shortcuts need Pro.

What Achivo does differently
The profile builds itself
There is nothing to fill in before the first application. Achivo watches the first form filled as usual, and when it is submitted, saves the details as the profile and the first CV. The profile can also be filled in Achivo directly, and edited at any time.
Learning without clicks
Every submitted application teaches Achivo the answers to questions its CV doesn’t cover. There is no Capture button, no setting to enable and no rule to write, and the answer is used on any site that asks the same question again. Saving can be turned off in settings.
Made for job applications
Achivo understands what job forms ask. It answers right to work, relocation and residence questions for the job’s country, fills each step of a multistep application up to the review, attaches a PDF of the chosen CV and tracks each submitted application with its job description. It reads English, German and Dutch, and has dedicated support for SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Lever, Workday, Workable, Personio, Zoho Recruit, Haystack and LinkedIn.
No account and no quota
Achivo is free and doesn’t count fills. All data stays in the browser and leaves it only to fill a form. The extension has no AI, no cookies and no hidden telemetry, and it never submits a form on its own.
