Achivo vs SpeedyApply: a CV for every role, for free
SpeedyApply is a decent job application autofill for the big US platforms, but its free plan holds one profile, and a second one needs a Premium subscription. Achivo is a free Chrome extension that keeps several tailored CVs, reuses saved answers on any site and fills European forms in English, German and Dutch.

Where SpeedyApply holds applicants back
- A second profile is paid. Applying to two kinds of roles with the free plan means rewriting the one profile and swapping the resume between applications.
- The price is hidden. SpeedyApply shows the Premium price only inside the extension, and it renews weekly, monthly or every three months.
- Saved answers work on three sites. Its documentation names Workday, Greenhouse and Lever as the sites where answers to new questions are learned.
- It is focused on the US. Its coverage centres on US platforms, and reviewers note fills that stop at basic fields on other sites.

What Achivo does differently
One profile, several CVs
Achivo splits what fits every role from what changes with it. Contact details, address, languages and work authorization live in one profile. Each CV tells the same experience from its own angle, with its own title, skills and salary expectation, and Achivo generates a PDF of it for the upload field. A CV is copied and tailored in Achivo, for free.
It learns while applying
When an application is submitted, Achivo saves the answers to questions the CV doesn’t cover, with no button to press and no rules to write. The next form that asks the same question is filled with the same answer. Saving can be turned off in settings.
Ready for Europe
Achivo reads forms in English, German and Dutch, and answers right to work questions for the job’s country: an EU citizen is allowed to work across the EU, the EEA and Switzerland. It has dedicated support for SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Lever, Workday, Workable, Personio, Zoho Recruit, Haystack and LinkedIn, and fills any other application form too.
Private by design
There is no account to create and no server to sync with. Everything stays in the browser and leaves it only to fill a form. The extension has no AI, no cookies and no hidden telemetry, and it never submits a form on its own.
