Using Achivo
These terms apply to the Achivo browser extension and the Achivo website, both provided by Ilia Goldfarb (“we”). Installing or using the extension means agreeing to them.
We grant each user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and the extension free of charge. Achivo may not be used to break the law or to interfere with other websites.
What Achivo stores and what the website records is described in the Privacy Policy.
Applications
Achivo helps fill in job applications. It does not act for employers or job platforms, and it does not guarantee that an application is submitted or leads to an interview or a job.
Achivo fills forms from the information it is given, and it can be wrong. The user is responsible for reviewing each application and for what is submitted.
When Achivo fills a form, the site can read the entered information and files right away, even before the application is submitted.
Using Achivo on a job site or an applicant tracking system requires following that site’s terms.
Data in the extension
The extension keeps its data only in the browser, and we never receive it, so we cannot restore it. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored. Users should keep their original CVs and records of important applications outside Achivo.
Availability
Job sites change their forms, so Achivo may stop working on a site, fill it only in part, or be unavailable for a while. We may change Achivo or discontinue it. Users can stop using Achivo at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Liability
We are fully liable for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For other loss, we are not liable for wrong or missing fills, for sites Achivo does not support, for interruptions, or for data lost from the browser.
Nothing in these terms limits a user’s statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when Achivo’s features, the law, or the way we provide Achivo changes. A change that affects users is announced on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, with its effective date at the top. Changes apply only from that date. Users who don’t agree can stop using Achivo before then.
