Achivo vs Simplify Copilot: autofill without the sign‑in
Simplify Copilot is a popular job application autofill, but it works only with a Simplify account, keeps the profile in Simplify’s cloud and adds a busy panel to job pages. Achivo is a free Chrome extension that needs no account, keeps all data in the browser and fills a form with one press of a button.

Where Simplify Copilot slows applicants down
- Sign-in comes first. Copilot fills nothing until a Simplify account is created and signed in, and reviews keep mentioning login loops and sudden logouts.
- It can be slow. The fill is quick once it starts, but 2026 reviews describe slow loading, laggy application pages and memory spikes, worst on Firefox.
- The interface is heavy for a simple task. Filling one form passes through a panel with resume, cover letter, keyword, question, profile and upgrade sections, which some reviewers call intrusive because it covers the fields.
- The data lives on Simplify’s servers. The profile, resumes and the contents of filled forms are stored in the US cloud, and the website uses analytics and advertising cookies.
- It is built around US applications. Reviewers outside the US report missing universities and degrees and failed fills on European sites.

What Achivo does differently
No account, no cloud
Achivo has no server and no sign-up. The profile, CVs, saved answers and applications are kept in the browser’s own storage and leave it only to fill a form. There is no AI, no cookies and no hidden telemetry, and passwords and card numbers are never saved.
One button instead of a panel
Achivo adds a small button to the edge of an application form. One press fills the form, including every step of a multistep application up to its review. Nothing opens over the fields.
Careful with answers
When Achivo isn’t sure what a field asks, it leaves the field blank rather than guessing. Questions about the right to work, relocation and residence are answered for the job’s country: an EU citizen is allowed to work across the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, and Nordic agreements are taken into account.
Built for European job sites too
Achivo fills any application form and reads labels in English, German and Dutch. It has dedicated support for SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Lever, Workday, Workable, Personio, Zoho Recruit, Haystack and LinkedIn.
Can Achivo and Simplify Copilot be installed together?
They can, but two autofill extensions on one form may write over each other. It is simpler to keep one of them on for job applications.
